Bersih is back again and this time the Bersih rally,aptly named Bersih 2.0 is targeting the Election Commision to be fairer during the next elections.It will generate awareness among Malaysians who till the last elections have their minds closed and not aware of the power they hold.
This might be a gimmick by the Opposition to generate more support but however if one sees it from the point-of-view of the social impact it might have on the general public, there is much to be taken from these rallies.As Malaysians have a very poor ratio in civic mindness to power awareness, this rallies and access to more information would give them a choice.A choice which can be translated into making better decisions for their own benefit.For generations, Malaysians have been led to think that by voting to the ruling party, things will remain the same, trying not to risk the way things are now.However, they are forgetting a very important thing here, the basic fundamentals of the power a vote holds.
A vote gives a citizen the right to demand for what they want their elected representative in the Parliament or Wakil Rakyat and in the given their given tenure of 4/5 years, watching whether it has been fulfilled.If its not, they should cross their votes for the individuals or party that promises them their demands, let it be peace,better infrastructure or anything else.In this land of tidak apa attitude, the MP's are given too much respect that they dont neccessarily warrant, without knowing where they stand in balance of power.Right here is where the battle is lost.Malaysians have to wake up to realize that.
NO 1- Go through the manifesto of the contesting candidates in your parliamentary area.
NO 2-Meet them in person, (everybody is extra nice during election time), speak to them and access their honesty and what you think of them.
NO3- Have more access over information regarding the political issues and issues currently affecting your neighbourhood to know what is needed from the to-be-elected MP.
NO4-Vote for who you think will do the best representation of you,your neighbourhood in the Parliament.
instead of,
NO 1-Crossing the Dice party member just because he or she comes from a more powerful background/has a Dato infront of their name or just because you are too afraid of change.Change is not necessarily bad.
****Most important is to exercise your power to vote as a citizen of this country.****

anyways,ive got promoted at work to a bartender.job is much more fun.and was told that there is an international standard for bar tenders.gosh,there is standard for everything these days.
oh yeah,except for liverpool-they dont have any.
and i need to wake up at 8am tommorow or shall i say later today to catch a bus back to kulim. uncles having prayers for grandpas death anniversary, 19 years now...long time..r.i.p sunder singh.

Missing a dear friend
Sometimes as you think you have moved on in life,it is still very difficult to accept and move on especially when it is about the passing of someone very dear.
Till today I look back at the passing of a dear friend, Gary and think back of how it hurts to have lost him.I can still feel the pain and the hurt, the ultimate sadness seeing him for the last time in his coffin, never seen him in a downbeat mood,he was that of a smile he wore was to how a beautiful painting was.He was a dear dear person, and man I am missing you terribly right now.
My prayers are with you my brother,my best wishes that you are in peace with Lord.
Hope to meet you real soon...

Tired,day,tired
Had a real busy day at work today,200 people in 2 hours and 2 waiters,(and the help from 2 beautiful ladies), but anyways,it was still reaaaal messed up.and the worst part,the 200 people are indian tourists,and trust me when I say Indians are fucking fussy.(beats my family).
They need salt for their soup,and onions for their dhal (LOL),and they demand their naan's to be hot and when you give them the custard,they will look at the fucking thing and ask soo many questions about it.ITS A FUCKING DESSERT,IM NOT TRYING TO POISON YOU!
And if I get into a conversation with them, question no 1 is always,are you Indian?
and for some weird reason,I dont like being called an Indian,I am a Malaysian,tanah tumpah watever bla bla...
But they are also nice times, and some of them are really nice,like this 2 old indian couples, the aunty was so nice and friendly,and uncle asked me to join him to the club,haha.not bad for a 70 year old,not bad at all..:)

Good job!
It has been a week since I started a part time job as a waiter and for many different reasons,its been such a joy working as a waiter.Its not a job that pays highly and neither there is less work, you have to serve,rush,run,carry tables and chairs,clean the dishes and at times clean the toilet.Despite that, I still love it,dont know why but I am earning a honest living,and did I mention the bosses daughter is hot? :P
hahahaaha,but still the people that work there are nice and I get to eat dinner everday,dont let me get started on the food.its delicousss!

For those who love football, the news of Paul Scholes retirement from the game is extremely saddening. The diminutive midfielder has been the best central midfielder England has produced in the last 20 years. And for me, Paul Scholes is a footballer like no other. A man who despite in nature has vision problem, has the god given talent of visioning a pass playing out before it actually takes place. A man who can hit the ball 60 yards to the path of a running winger. A man like no other, a footballer of the highest quality,Paul Scholes.
Throughout his outstanding career at Old Trafford, he has won trophies in every competition possible and maintained a highly respectable private life. One that doesnt indulge in the party play of footballers, neither that he takes pleasure in giving interviews.Shy, reserved and highly respectable, Paul Scholes is a man like no other.
The famous volleys,ball control and short passes, and the infamous mis-timed tackles was a part of his game that he carried out so diligently that for the last 17 years, the midfield of Manchester United stood strong. The man who helped Fergei win so many titles, was also missing from Nou Camp in 99 when United famously beat the Germans but stood strong as his outstanding goal against Barcelona in 2008 put United on the brink of another European Cup Final.For that, I would love to say thank you. And thank you for the hundreds of times you vowed us with your passing, for each game you stood in the middle;collecting the ball from the defence, and passing it to the right and times from the right to the left,down the middle,you Sir, are a footballing legend.
I cant agree more with Arsenal's Samir Nasri, he was the English Zinidine Zidane. For its sad that the millions of football fans weren't savvy enough to understand the value of Paul Scholes and the game he played. Its even more sadder for the way he played his last game,but in that game, he received the highest accolade a footballer can receive, Respect from your opponent.Though in cup finals players dont swap their jersey as it is valuable, Spain and Barcelona's marvel midfielder Andres Iniesta went up to Scholes and asked him for his jersey, proving a point that it was him,the great Paul Scholes as the very reason Andres Iniesta is playing the football he is playing right now with Barcelona.
Paul Scholes;truly an inspiration.

Pirates are back
Jack Sparrow is probably the only gay behaving guy that I will ever find fascinating.and the quality of acting Johnny Depp puts in to carry the character out is unbelievable. Witty and funny, reckless asshole who is selfish and self loathing but still, fascinating.
The funny thing about all the Pirates movie before was that many watched it for Jack Sparrow, I suppose someone should come up with a movie focusing on the cocky pirate itself.
Apart from that, what else that makes Pirates of the Carribean franchise such a mega hit is the setting that it has, some sort the same reason half the world stopped to watch Prince Wiliiam marry Kate Middleton, setting de royale. The set and costumes worn by the Pirates and the story line which includes plenty of fascinating characters are like different flavors to the already fantastic script.
Looking forward to watch the latest edition of Pirates of the Carribean ; On Stranger Tides

Back to the present 1
Missed blogging for a while now,
there is just
an absolute feel of satisfaction in writing
that is
so powerfully expressive
that it goes to describe
every single detail of my world
that I have never felt anywhere else.
Many doubt on blogging as they have doubts anyone would read it. Guess its not for everyone.
Anyways, back to me.Finally done with my thesis, and oh boy, it took the life out of me, that thesis. Countless hours of worrying, finding million ways to run the simulation, the typing, the formatting, printing and cost.It was like Apocalypto, if you know what I mean.And when I finally got my results for the project, i was beaming proud. I scored an A-.
Other things have been going slow, life has a way of changing direction and talking about life and direction.I realized a simple and effective way of judging how a person views life; by the way they behave on the road.
For me, I love it when Im alone on the road, and I don't need to worry about having a car in front of me, and I especially love to travel at night when the wind is cool and I am the king of my road.
How are you on the road? Is that how you are in life...? If its right, please like at least leave a comment, so I can test whether my supposed theory has any other believers. Till then, thanks for reading and

Happy Mother's Day!
Someone wise once said that love every religion that has love and peace messages in it, let it be not your own, as long as it tells people to love one another and be in peace with nature.
Islam is a beautiful religion.Many dont see that way, learn the truth about Islam, it is something beautiful.
And in honor of my mom this mothers day, I quote this from the Muslim scripture:
It simply means there is heaven at the sole of a mother's feet.Happy mother's day mom! With all my heart and soul, I love you and wish you all the happiness in this world.
Islam is a beautiful religion.Many dont see that way, learn the truth about Islam, it is something beautiful.
And in honor of my mom this mothers day, I quote this from the Muslim scripture:

Akan tetapi terdapat hadith lain yang membawa makna yang sama dengan hadith ini, iaitulah hadith dari Mu’awiyah bin Jahimah (معاوية بن جاهمة ) yang datang kepada Nabi S.A.W. dan berkata:
يا رسول الله أردت أن أغزو، وقد جئت أستشيرك, فقالهل لك أم؟ قال: نعم. قال : فالزمها فإن الجنة تحت رجليها
Maksudnya: “Wahai Rasulullah, aku ingin pergi perperang, aku datang untuk meminta pandangan-mu.
Nabi S.A.W. bertanya: Apakah kamu mempunyai ibu?
Jawabnya: “Ya”. Sabda Nabi S.A.W.: Peliharalah (berbuat baiklah kepada) dia, sesungguhnya syurga berada di bawah dua kakinya.”

See, watch, listen but always believe what you want to believe
Its almost ten years since I first heard about Osama Bin Laden and how he is a terrorist and all that he is linked too,yet I have never actually looked at him like he is guilty or what so ever.The reason is because I have never been shown conclusive proof of his link to 9/11, if they want me to believe, they should show me the proof or otherwise innocent till proven guilty.(the American public should think the same way too)
But anyways, I do understand why the US found Osama as a scapegoat.
Can you see any other way for a mighty nation like the U.S to be attacked so viciously in broad daylight with their own planes come out with anything else than telling the world it was a major plot by a major terrorist group led by this fearsome long bearded,millionaire Arab named Osama Bin Laden?
What suprises me is the ignorance of the people who buys their stories?!
Seriously, the only reason the media report it in a way that its going to cause apocalypse is because they know it would sell like hot cakes and as for news channels, its all about the viewer ratings, ratings,ratings,nothing else.Heck, even the most reliable channel, CNN provides us with the same news over and over again,fashioned in different ways including experts,news reports,just to attract us so that we would sit and watch it like our lives depended on it.For those who spend less time thinking and more time buying into these propaganda's ,with all due respect, I am sorry.I am sorry for your ultimate ignorance to read too much into mass media and believing them.Especially the British press.

Anyways, back to what I was saying about the media and its bullshit, the media's role in society is a very misleading one, eventhough the media appears to be the link and access to information, one should ask not whether it is link to information or not but about the validity of the information provided?

Its about the information by the media quoted from various U.S officials including Barack Obama himself, stating that Osama Bin Laden was killed in Attotabad,Pakistan late Monday night (in Pakistani time) and was shipped onto USS Carl Vinson before the a burial procedure where thebody was prepared on a flat board,tipped up and eased into the North Arabian Sea. (its hard to check the vailidity of the statements here,so keep on reading the article till u reach >>>)
CMON, YOU WERE HAPPY TO TRIAL SADDAM AND SHOW PICTURES OF HIM DEAD AND HIS SONS TO MIKE,JOE AND JOHN FUCKIN DOE BACK HOME IN ALABAMA SO THAT THEY CAN CELEBRATE IT WITH A COUPLE OF BEERS AND RE-ELECT YOUR ASS BACK INTO SEAT THE NEXT TERM,WOULDNT YOU RELEASE THE PICTURE TO DEFAME THE VERY MAN WHICH YOU CLAIM HAVE ATTACKED YOUR CONTRY AND INSULTED YOUR COUNTRY?

Bottom line: Dont simply read or listen into the media, look for information yourself, surf the net, check out wikileaks, and most important of all, make your own decisions, dont let BBC, CNN OR AL JAZEERA make it for you.They just want you to believe into things that the powerful people want you too, so that it will be easier to handle you, how else would 5% politicians control 95 % of the population.......right? right?

The light bulb myth
Did you know that Thomas Alva Edison might have been the greatest inventor in history with up to 1093 patents but did not actually invent the light bulb?
The idea behind the ingenious idea of light bulb belongs to English scientist Sir Humphry Davy,who invented arc lighting (using a carbon filament). For many years, numerous innovators would improve on Davy's model. The only problem: none could glow for more than twelve hours before the filament broke.
Might be a few years late but anyways,its time to honor the rightful inventor of the light bulb,

So,why is it always credited to Edison?
Edison together with his technician's in the lab were the first to find the right filament that would burn for days on end.Definitely a major contribution but not the inventors.
