2016 reminded me that life's a struggle.
The struggle has made me.
It made me recite what Rocky (Stallone) told his son in the last Rocky movie
"The world is a mean and nasty place. And no matter how tough you are, it is going to beat you to the knees and keep you permanently there, if you let it"
"You, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. BUT ITS NOT HOW HARD YOU CAN HIT, ITS HOW HARD YOU CAN GET HIT AND KEEP MOVING FORWARD"
"Thats how winning is done"'
"And if you want to move forward, you have to be able to take the hit and keep moving forward,
thats how winning is done"
Summarizes life and how Im going to take it.
And with that, and a new laptop,Il be bloggin again, Im going to blog again.
To me , this is to win.

The Egg Theory
You were on your way home when you died.
It was a car accident. Nothing particularly remarkable, but fatal nonetheless. You left behind a wife and two children. It was a painless death. The EMTs tried their best to save you, but to no avail. Your body was so utterly shattered you were better off, trust me.
And that’s when you met me.
“What… what happened?” You asked. “Where am I?”
“You died,” I said, matter-of-fact. No point in mincing words.
“There was a… a truck and it was skidding…”
“Yup,” I said.
“I… I died?”
“Yup. But don’t feel bad about it. Everyone dies,” I said.
You looked around. There was nothingness. Just you and me. “What is this place?” You asked. “Is this the afterlife?”
“More or less,” I said.
“Are you god?” You asked.
“Yup,” I replied. “I’m God.”
“My kids… my wife,” you said.
“What about them?”
“Will they be all right?”
“That’s what I like to see,” I said.
“You just died and your main concern is for your family. That’s good stuff right there.”
You looked at me with fascination. To you, I didn’t look like God. I just looked like some man. Or possibly a woman. Some vague authority figure, maybe. More of a grammar school teacher than the almighty.
“Don’t worry,” I said. “They’ll be fine. Your kids will remember you as perfect in every way. They didn’t have time to grow contempt for you. Your wife will cry on the outside, but will be secretly relieved. To be fair, your marriage was falling apart. If it’s any consolation, she’ll feel very guilty for feeling relieved.”
“Oh,” you said. “So what happens now? Do I go to heaven or hell or something?”
“Neither,” I said. “You’ll be reincarnated.”
“Ah,” you said. “So the Hindus were right,”
“All religions are right in their own way,” I said. “Walk with me.”
You followed along as we strode through the void. “Where are we going?”
“Nowhere in particular,” I said. “It’s just nice to walk while we talk.”
“So what’s the point, then?” You asked. “When I get reborn, I’ll just be a blank slate, right? A baby. So all my experiences and everything I did in this life won’t matter.”
“Not so!” I said. “You have within you all the knowledge and experiences of all your past lives. You just don’t remember them right now.”
I stopped walking and took you by the shoulders. “Your soul is more magnificent, beautiful, and gigantic than you can possibly imagine. A human mind can only contain a tiny fraction of what you are. It’s like sticking your finger in a glass of water to see if it’s hot or cold. You put a tiny part of yourself into the vessel, and when you bring it back out, you’ve gained all the experiences it had.
“You’ve been in a human for the last 48 years, so you haven’t stretched out yet and felt the rest of your immense consciousness. If we hung out here for long enough, you’d start remembering everything. But there’s no point to doing that between each life.”
“How many times have I been reincarnated, then?”
“Oh lots. Lots and lots. An in to lots of different lives.” I said. “This time around, you’ll be a Chinese peasant girl in 540 AD.”
“Wait, what?” You stammered. “You’re sending me back in time?”
“Well, I guess technically. Time, as you know it, only exists in your universe. Things are different where I come from.”
“Where you come from?” You said.
“Oh sure,” I explained “I come from somewhere. Somewhere else. And there are others like me. I know you’ll want to know what it’s like there, but honestly you wouldn’t understand.”
“Oh,” you said, a little let down. “But wait. If I get reincarnated to other places in time, I could have interacted with myself at some point.”
“Sure. Happens all the time. And with both lives only aware of their own lifespan you don’t even know it’s happening.”
“So what’s the point of it all?”
“Seriously?” I asked. “Seriously? You’re asking me for the meaning of life? Isn’t that a little stereotypical?”
“Well it’s a reasonable question,” you persisted.
I looked you in the eye. “The meaning of life, the reason I made this whole universe, is for you to mature.”
“You mean mankind? You want us to mature?”
“No, just you. I made this whole universe for you. With each new life you grow and mature and become a larger and greater intellect.”
“Just me? What about everyone else?”
“There is no one else,” I said. “In this universe, there’s just you and me.”
You stared blankly at me. “But all the people on earth…”
“All you. Different incarnations of you.”
“Wait. I’m everyone!?”
“Now you’re getting it,” I said, with a congratulatory slap on the back.
“I’m every human being who ever lived?”
“Or who will ever live, yes.”
“I’m Abraham Lincoln?”
“And you’re John Wilkes Booth, too,” I added.
“I’m Hitler?” You said, appalled.
“And you’re the millions he killed.”
“I’m Jesus?”
“And you’re everyone who followed him.”
You fell silent.
“Every time you victimized someone,” I said, “you were victimizing yourself. Every act of kindness you’ve done, you’ve done to yourself. Every happy and sad moment ever experienced by any human was, or will be, experienced by you.”
You thought for a long time.
“Why?” You asked me. “Why do all this?”
“Because someday, you will become like me. Because that’s what you are. You’re one of my kind. You’re my child.”
“Whoa,” you said, incredulous. “You mean I’m a god?”
“No. Not yet. You’re a fetus. You’re still growing. Once you’ve lived every human life throughout all time, you will have grown enough to be born.”
“So the whole universe,” you said, “it’s just…”
“An egg.” I answered. “Now it’s time for you to move on to your next life.”
And I sent you on your way.

The place I feel belonged
There's this place I passed by on the coach ride from Vienna into Prague, a heavenly blissful place where to quote the lyrics of Sweet child of mine Reminds me of childhood memories, where everything was as fresh as the bright blue sky
Picturesque, as if a leaf from the sweetest of dreams |
The most beautiful of summer's day, with green lushes of grass beside the serene Danube river |
Hyperthymesia
“Hyperthymesia" is derived from the Greek words
hyper meaning "excessive" & thymesis meaning "remembering".
A condition that allows a person to remember every single detail of their lives.
Individuals with hyperthymesia can recall almost every day of their lives in near perfect detail, as well as public events that hold some personal significance to them. Those affected describe their memories as uncontrollable associations, when they encounter a date, they "see" a vivid depiction of that day in their heads.
Only 13 cases of Hyperthymesia has ever been reported.
Here's an example:
Henner says she has highly superior autobiographical memory (HSAM) and can remember the specific details of her everyday life since she was a small child. On December 19, 2010, CBS's 60 Minutes aired a segment which featured six individuals thought to have this condition. A longtime friend of 60 Minutes correspondent Lesley Stahl, Henner was included on show. She discussed her memory further on CBS’ The Early Show, NBC’s The Today Show, ABC’s The View and Howard Stern's Sirius XM show.

The cycle-something to ponder about
Kriiii........iinggggggg the morning bell rings, off they get, battling the heavy liquid in the head whose gravity forces it down to the directions of the soft and comfy, a battle begins here right to the bays of the bathroom and the knob of the showerhead,a cold pouring later, the cold is now rushed to be warmed in office wool before storming out the front door, often leaving things or in some cases, people behind, get into the very machine which causes the whole cycle to happen before battling the jam just to get to a place where they will be provided with a good dose of early morning stress up till a point their stomach is churning to be fed and off they go, all with their formal suits and lanyards and tags filled with ID's which portrays to which corporation they have been enslaved too. After a brief hour of food and loud chit-chat, as soon as the glass door to the big entrance opens, silence is welcomed and the cycle continues for another couple of hours before everyone rushes out to their warmed up cars and heated up steering wheel before enduring another stretch of city nightmare for an hour or two, and in some instance stopping at a booth to hand out money to the very government that has slaved them. Finally home or a watering hole is the destination and the old grandfather clock goes Tik Tok Tik Tok, four hours left including the night servings before bed beckons, and so bewitched are these creatures that they creep on their beds to go to a place where life seems more worth living, a sweet paradise perhaps or to the insomniacs, the sad nightmare continues.Kriiii........iinggggggg the morning bell rings again, repeat.
And to come to think about it, I went through 11 years of primary and secondary education before paying 70k for another 5 years of tertiary to get me this.

Perspective
It's a matter of perspective.
I always tell myself that. Why?
Because when things don't quite go your way, we often sought to make things right. However, experience tells us, we can't fix every goddamn thing out there. Some things are just beyond our control, and quite frankly, that frustrates me.
Why frustrate. simply shift the paradigm and change the perspective.
It's always the matter of perspective.
Now thats important because if you are able to change your perspective of things, you are able to find the best in worst situations, the beautiful amongst the mud and the bright in a gloomy day.Why do we need to force ourselves to endure certain norms, and definitions pre-set to us by society or others in order to fullfill our heart's desire of accomplishment. Take religion as a very good example, instead of being guidelines to a better, proper life. It's more often perceived as a set of rules that we got to live by. Is it a must to have a religion to be a good person, or are all good people those who are immersed in the teachings of religions. If history has thought us any better, it doesn't make a fucking difference.
We need not live by rules set to us by others, we live by our own rules and down to what we perceive as a quality life. For me, quality life is when happiness is there, so I go my way to get my happiness whilst admitting that a life without any rules is quite destructive, a life filled with rules and standards is also pretty condeminng. Have guidelines to abide by, don't over do things and at the same time don't ignore it.The key word here being balance, and the rest is changing your perspective of life to better suit your needs of life. The point being is do things to make yourself happy or comfortable or whatever that you find key in your life instead of living by standards, norms or pre-defined behaviour expected for us by others.Live your life and to do so, a change of perspective is golden.Take my word for it, look things differently and live life the way you want it. Otherwise, you are living but not alive.

A-Very-Good AVG
Here's a useful App for all Android & Other smart phone users.
Using the latest AVG Antivirus FREE application (available in Android Market), you can now have access to the Anti-Theft software, well it doesn't really prevent theft, but it does help in such situations or other common situations like misplaced phones and stuff.
Once the software is downloaded,to best use the Anti Theft feature, while you still have your phone with you, log in to the AVG Anti-Theft website http://www.avgmobilation.com/anti-theft
by using a Google Account ( please register if you don't have, this is NOT the 1990's , nobody uses hotmail anymore)..This will help you set a password for your phone & register your current sim card's serial number to your account.
Thats how my Anti-theft account looks like :
Here are some of the cool things you can do once you have registered on the Anti-Theft page using your Google account:
1) Locate the exact location of your phone using Google Maps- This really helps if you have misplaced your phone or if you just want to know where your phone thief lives.
2) Lock the screen from any remote PC-By logging in to the website using your g-account from any PC, you can lock the screen of your mobile phone & also insert a lock screen message-maybe of a contact number of anyone trusted so if some good soul finds it and wants to return it, they will know who to call.
3) Wipe the data off your phone-You can also wipe out all data's from your phone, such as Media files, pictures, contacts, notes etc from being accessed by others if you feel you have sensitive information.
4)Sound an alarm- It is also possible to sound an alarm from a remote PC, my suggestion is to pre-select a voice recorded audio of yourself shouting-"THIS PHONE WAS STOLEN FROM-YOUR NAME-PLEASE CALL -NO OF SOMEONE YOU TRUST-!" I bet the thief wouldn't have seen that one coming.
In addition to that, every single time the registered SIM is removed from the phone, you will get an email notification. In case if it's not you, you can then proceed and use any one of those features to help you trace your phone back.
Kind of a really cool app that might come in handy in situations, totally worth the effort of downloading & registering, as they often say better to be safe than sorry !
And if you still feel lazy or invincible that you will never lose your phone, than perhaps you deserve to get your phone stolen. :D

Faith in humanity restored
They call him Bagel Jesus. He takes the old bagels from work and distributes them to the hungry on the street.Every single day after work.
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the
tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children."
- Ezekiel 25:17.
What is happiness?
Ever heard of the phrase you can't find what you want to find unless you know what you're finding?
The purpose of life or the pursuit of happiness is that feeling of fulfillment when one feels accomplished of their desire.Take having something to eat for example. Its simple enough to know you will accomplish what you want by having food.
Thats the easy part, knowing that you have to pursue the happiness.
The difficult part is what is happiness? It varies from person to person, blessed are those who's idea of happiness is simpler to achieve than those who have achieved most aspires the highest peak in the world, and is still unhappy.
Bottom line, life is like a fucking cycle.Sometimes up,sometimes down, and it goes on and on forever, till the wheel stops turning. If you dont know what makes you happy, the turns will always seem the same and life would seem like one long endless cycle of repetitive chores.
Being happy is equals to living life.Yes.Life isn't worth living if you're not happy,a second spent not being a happy is a second wasted (insert more cliche phrases about happiness and life here) but the bottom line is Quit the cycle of life, the cycle of waking up-do what you have to do in life-go to bed.Quit that.ENOUGH ALREADY!
Life has more than that.If you can't do the big things that make you happy, do the small things that makes you smile. We all know what those small things are and if you still can't figure it out, think back of what made you happy when you were 5,chances are you would have out grown them, but the real truth is that there is a lil kid in all of us, and no matter how much you grow, there is some part of you that still holds on to some of the little things that makes you happy.
For me,is looking at ants walk up the wall. For some weird reason,it makes me happy to track them down,to where there are travelling, what they are up too.Really made me a happy kid, today I might earn enough $ to buy an ant farm and all but things just ain't the same.Go! Go do what makes you happy, even for a split second, life would seem all the worth living coz nothing else matters.
If you will excuse me now,I have some ants to attend to!
:-) Have a nice day!

The Rights of Power
Today, during one of our usual "whats wrong in Malaysia" session with a few friends, I came to realize a important thing, that most problems bewildering Malaysians today are not caused by the Goverment but by the people themselves. Of cause, that doesn't mean that the Barisan Nasional government are an example of excellent practice of the democracy but so isn't the Opposition. The point being, politics is dirty and all politicians are self centered, crazy for power individuals, who have the thought and actions that will lead to self benefit/profit.Whether it being from UMNO,KeADILan,PAS,PBRS,PPP or an independent candidate.
“A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!”
― Thomas Jefferson
The difference is and will always be the Rakyat. The people and their actions mirror the sort of government that will rule, and the sort of treatment they will get. If the people of Malaysia, keep playing possum and agreeing for the sake of being friendly/Malaysian, any party that comes to power, will act just the same the way the current Barisan goverment has.The behaviour and response the people give, in long term, will affect the way they will be treated.Take into account how for the past 55 years, our fore-fathers and later our fathers generation has come about in terms of electing the goverment. There was never much fuss about why we should change. If it ain't broken, dont fix it-that was their motto. The mind set of our previous generation was deeply attached to the feeling of grattitude, that has been manipulated by the Barisan Nasional goverment.
For example, since the Malays make up to 62% of the Malaysians, the easiest way to garner votes from this section of the people would be via :-
A) Ketuanan Melayu-Speak about their heritage, culture and rights for Malays to be in power and how "the others" are ruining the Ketuanan Melayu rights they have and how the Barisan goverment will MAKE SURE it is preserved.WALLA!BRILLIANT MANIPULATION TECHNIQUE I MUST SAY.
and
B)Emotional manipulation-With all due respect to the Malays, in my personal opinion, they are one of the most mild mannered, polite and humble people in the country, who's culture defines being humble, not greedy and grateful as highly admirable characteristics. It's not the being humble or being less greedy that Im concerned with here, but with the element of "having to be grateful".For the past 56 years, the Malays have been emotionally manipulated to BE GRATEFUL to the Goverment that has provided so much for them, and up till today, when the powers of the Barisan is fast waning, the slogan remains one that Emotionally manipulates-Janji Ditepati (Promised kept)-a subtle way of informing that the Goverment has DONE SO MUCH FOR THE PEOPLE,and its time for them to repay it with votes.
So?
You might be wondering, since for the past 55 years things were fine, and people were never unrest at such a heights as they are right now, what happened suddenly?
(Kenapa tiba-tiba nak tukar Kerajaan pulak?)
(Kenapa tiba-tiba nak tukar Kerajaan pulak?)
The latest generation of Malaysians are generally mostly Tertiary level educated and have unlimited access to the free media, the internet-is what happened.Since it's obvious the only form of media that has been all this while in the country has been manipulated extremely to suit the best interest of the Barisan Nasional party and its goverment, previous generations never really knew where things went or were going wrong. This only undermines the importance of free press in any country.Anyway, back to the topic of the sudden uprise of young Malaysians demanding for a change, it has largely got to do with the internet and information that can be pertained from it adding up to the rising number of intellectuals in the country. These two are one of the few major signs of an imminent, inevitable revolution that will soon sweep the nation.
Though the signs are good, let us not forget what is important here, for the future of our country, we Malaysians must have the mentality that sets us apart from our previous generations.Cukup kita ditipu (Enough times we have been fooled). We the young Malaysians are the future of the country and we have to have the ability to gather information, and more importantly rationalize whats the right information from the wrong, make our mind, stay affirm and demand practically from the future goverment for our rights, and never have the Tidak Apa (Its okay) attitude when it comes to serious matters such as human rights, education system, safety, law and many others. We have to stand firm and demand the future goverment to ensure their promises are fulfilled and if it isn't, we, THE RAKYAT OF MALAYSIA, will not hesitate to strip them of the power and give it to others, who can lead us to a better future.
In short, I will say, the power has to be in the people of the goverment and the only way to do that is to vote for a change, so that it will be a mark of proof, that if we Malaysians have decided, we can CHANGE the future of the country.
People shouldn't be afraid of the Goverment.Goverments should be afraid of the people.
The power is in the hands of the Rakyat.
“A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!”

Making Ringgit and Sense
Just a thought, the famous author Robert Kiyosaki once said, that knowing to differentiate Assets and Liability is more important than the knowledge of requiring Assets. Most of the working class today are in the hunt of better jobs with better pay, either subconsciously knowing or not that the expenditure of the income has more bearings on the outcome of their financial planning. In my opinion, the income of a man/woman should go back to generate more income, which is unrelated to the original source of income. It's investment that counts.Back to the topic of differentiating Asset and Liability, here's where it gets cloudy, sort of a grey area, there is a huge difference when the investment is invested in Asset and in the category of Liability.
Most sound investors look at a market, which gives higher return as Asset and that which is lower as a Liabilty, such as investing the property market seems will give better return either through Capital Appreciation or Rental Returns compared to in Automobiles, whose prices drop almost 25% the moment you drive out of the dealer.Having said that, the trick of making dollar is best defined by the phrase "Making Dollar and sense" , it is best that investment is followed by real calm judgement and common sense. The rush of gold buyers in the Geneva Cold issue is one bad one.Even in the ever increasing property prices in Malaysia, there is still a unknown risk tied with the prospect of having the bubble burst some day.It has happened in the US and also in Spain, it could happen to us anytime, but for now,it seems a much safer option. So,coming to think about it,making money is not only finding ways of earning or generating income from another source, it is also best accompanied with a man's sense of knowing, what is an Asset and Liabilty, finding the right way of investing and at the right time. All said and done, there will always be risks in life, and in investing, but hey,you cant expect big returns without big risks, right?

Just a post..
Here's a funny one, someone posted this on the net few days back, thought of sharing.
It's a quite puzzling picture,take a look>>
Why is Nicholas Cage on the cover of a 8th grade Serbian Biology book?
Hahaha, doesnt get much weirder than that.....

Calmest of resolutions.
New year brings new hope for new beginnings, another go at life. It's almost like re-starting a video game.
Unless previous years where I have not really given a go at keeping resolutions (always thought resolutions were more of a cliche and less a real thing),this year I have the deepest sense of homecoming to a new fresh life that I have to be re-born,moving past mistakes and overcoming the devil's whisper that often accompanies me in times of frustration. The feeling of being hard done, being treated wrong or just plain old rush of the moment is normal, but reacting to it,is defintely not.In the past, that has happened way too many times, and it was always easy to say it's because of the influence while growing up.While that might be true, its time to stop thinking of that and to find a way.
This coming year, from the deepest pit of my heart,I yearn to be a more calmer, more patient man,one that accepts things more the way it is,rather than reacting to it.To be more in peace with my surroundings and people, even if the surroundings is chaotic and the people are being a pain.Just keep calm Vishpal.No.matter.what.
It's been a day 3 of my resolution, and truth be told, its really really difficult. But so far,I have done well.Just 362 more days to go.They say Rome was not built in a day, same goes in overcoming our weaknesses, but we have to start somehow.I have a great family, trustable awesome friends and a beautiful, loving girl, with their trust and motivation,my resolution is going to be fulfilled.Adamant about that.
.And in 2013,Vishpal Singh is going to Keep Calm And Carry On.

...
Just found out, the girl that was brutally gang raped and tortured before being thrown off a moving bus (read below) has passed away last night.
Its beyond belief that such a thing can still happen in todays world. What is the worth of a human life after all?
may your soul rest in peace and the 6 been given the worst of worst punishments for some sort of justice for you,but no amount of punishment can bring you back to life or the lifelong pain away from those close to you.may god be by their side at such difficult times.

What is India going to do?
Speaking about the latest heinous act of the Delhi gang rape (Those who are unaware, read this :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Delhi_gang_rape_case) brings out many questions, not tough ones but simple questions which answers are tough. How can such a heinous act happen in a country boasting the world's largest democracy? What is India doing to stop such crimes and what in the world is wrong with India? Incredible India my ass, its filthy dirty, with pigs roaming the road and man pissing on walls.Uncivilized, backwards, frauds and just pure headache to deal with. But they will tell you India is the best country in the world. In a country where the people of the South hate the North and the individual states has more power than the Federal Goverment, causing states Chief Ministers to rule like they own the state, like gangsters.Link to Mafia, crime, bribery in the open.yada yada yada,I can go on forever.
Bottom line, is that I want my 2 Questions answered.
How is India planning to charge the 6 barbaric scums?
And what is the county going to do about the social ranking of women, their safety and well being for the future?
But it wouldn't suprise me totally if they all forget about the gang rape by the time Shah Rukh Khan's next movie hits the theater.Fucking morons.
This is a good read>>http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/delhi-gangrape-case-cry-of-an-anguished-working-woman/1/239684.html
, the last few lines seems a maybe outrageous but proper solution to end the suffering of the women of India
One of the many candlelight vigils being held in India and around the world, thoughts and prayers for the brave girl who is fighting for her life at the moment.

Merry Xmas & Happy New Year!
Though I dont have the amount of time like I used too, Xmas is the time of the year where you find yourself most relaxed, doing things that you like to do the most. And that's why Im here.
Also, being the last week of the year, its the right time to reflect on the year.In all it has been a very progressive year, the year started with quite a bang when I got an offer to work overseas and at that time, was quite the exciting news. Was a chance of a lifetime, not only to finally work as an engineer but also working as an engineer in the middle east.Within the first week,I was sent packing, and boy did my perception of life changed after that.
The whole year has been about Sat to Thursdays and sleeping on fridays. There were the good times in the beginning where my geng of 4 sekawan used to roam Doha city every friday in search of excitement. That excitement lasted about 2 months.Haha.And things got pretty serious at work, and under tutelage of able and dedicated seniors like Edwin and Ang, learning to become an Engineer became an enjoyable experience with very little ups and more downs, but hey,its the downs that teaches you the best. And it kind of did, after almost a year here in Qatar, it feels like I have gradually transformed to be a more responsible, reliable and trustworthy person to carry a task.So in that sense, its been a great year. And ofcourse, wouldnt deny the financial part. From being on a daily 5rm budget while being unemployed,shisha-ing every other day in Subang, its a stark contrast. With God's grace, there is enough bread on the table to eat, to feed those around me and to save most of it for rainy days ahead.
Things have also seemed great with family, with good times, and mostly being away, thought one that you shouldn't take your loved ones for granted as for the toughest times, its they who often the ones that stick around. Both brothers ended the year with good news, Renveer finally did his eye operation, though he remains a kenjer as ever, and Roshen got a new job with a big ass O & G company. Sangeeta is also doing well with Mummy's quest to find her a boy.HEHEHE.And Mummy seems to be really happy that we are all on our feet, working earning and as Mummy always does, she has started to find another reason to worry. To get everyone worried.Haha.And my dad will always be my dad.In punjabi we say, kutthey dhi puch kadhi sidhi nahi hundhi, and I say Kuttey dhi puch sidhi hoju bhi, mere daddy kadhi sidha nahi honwalla.Hahaha..and last but not the least is our nikka kenjer,Leon the Terrorizing Cat...he has got soo fat this year, and now is no longer interested in catching rafia strings attached to its tail (Parveen pls note,if ur reading)
And, God's been kind.I finally feel settled, loved and loving someone special.God bless us.Due to the censorship board of Punjabi bigmouths, this paragraph has been cut short.
So in short, it might be a year of camels, desert, work work work and boredom compared to previous hi flying years of drinking and wasting time at mamaks, its still been a great year, with an awesome Europe trip, and 2 great trips back home.Being more stable in life and more serious about reaching the top, being someone and great family friends, and true love. What more can a man ask for?

Back to here
So its back to working at the primary office, which means 8 to 5 in a zombie like quiet but deadly environment where the only salvation for an ounce of life would be the short trip to the pantry to make coffee. No Im not complaining about work,I always believed that nothing comes for free in life, a philosophy thought to me by our very own Sami vellu.Once, when asked about the constant rising of toll prices by reporters,he said "Ini dunia apa pun tada percuma, ama kasi lahir juga percuma".Wise words indeed.
Anyways, back to my story, yeah,Im not complaining about work,I believe in putting in your best, and thinking on how to put your best so that it benefits your company and you.Its the office environment which is straining to my head, a quiet environment where everybody seems to be hard at work, sitting at their desks, dwindling with their pens, thinking of what best to do after work today.yup, most employees cant be forced.A work environment like this is not healthy. This situation explains why most Japanese companies make you sing and dance to a Japanese exercise song in the morning,no matter how weird that might look.It is healthy.
I think the short trip to the pantry to make coffee will not be able to give my head a break from the work. Its not that I dont want to work, its just that I dont want to work continously without a break for 4hours.I dont operate at optimum level at this conditions but what the heck, neither is my father the director or Im striking the 4D any time soon.So I guess I dont really have a choice, will just have to suck it up,adjust and adopt to this new environment and keep on working hard.Gambate!!
Adios my amigos,I will return to talk more cock if I get stressed.Have a dreat gay everybody.

The Malaysian Flag
Where have you seen the Malaysian flag last?
Infact, how often do you see a Malaysian flag or any sort of symbols depicting the 'Jalur Gemilang'?
If you say offices, schools or any other offices,I find that flag rising hardly to be attributed to individuals who want to fly them or merely have to raise them due to circumstances.I am a Malaysian, who have lived in Malaysia for 24 years before moving abroad to work in Qatar for the last 10 months, forget Malaysia for a moment. I live with quite a number of Malaysians and I would say Doha has a sizeable amount of Malaysians, enough to have our very own Malaysian restaurant, 'Sri Kebaya'.
Enough to suggest that being far away and constantly missing our motherland, we would fly the flag as a symbol of pride. But seriously, nobody does.Nobody.None.Zip,Zilch,Null.Zero.As in I have not seen a single Malaysian flag except that time we went to the Moto GP and some guys brought the flag in support of our Malaysian rider.Other than that, not a single flag. And I cant simply figure out why.Earlier, I saw a Thailand flag flying proud at my work site, and to think there are only a handful of Thai nationals here,it is quite a shameful reminder to the kind of Malaysians we might be.
Back to Malaysia, I would not ask how often we fly the Malaysian flag and most answers would come back, we do mahh,u never see ahh, merdeka day time lohh....on top my house antena got, on my car hood oso got, that time malaysia play football against Indonesia aso i got carry to Bukit Jalil..
Is that once a year, hype of flying the Jalur Gemilang coz its fancy and posting on facebook about how awesome ur country is,and happy bday Malaysia enough? Its like every year, Malaysians go into August with a big sense of Malaysian pride, mainly fueled by Petronas sentimental adverts and repeat of Sudirman's Tanggal 31 song.
And what happens next?
What happens on the 1st of September?
On the 1st of every year, every Malaysian stops being Malaysian till the next August coz Cuti Merdeka sudah habis lah, esok kene balik kerje kind of attitude happens.Where is the sense of nationalism in us? Where is the pride and love for our country? Hasnt singing or in some cases, lip snycing the Negeraku every Monday's morning assembly at school done nothing to instill national pride in the minds and hearts of young Malaysians.
It is indeed very shameful to admit and accept the truth that unlike the Germans who pride their flag at every job site, location they work or live, we Malaysians don't even do it in our own Tanah tumpahku.
Before I can point fingers to others, I accept that I have not been loyal and flying the flag but to fix things, I just printed the Malaysian flag, I am going to stick it at the back of my safety helmet and to my beloved mother land, Malaysia. Here's some respect for you!
