It shows me the exact location of stars,planets,moons,constelattion of stars from our and galaxy beyond based on information from NASA.(see snapshot beside)Whats cooler is when you tilt the phone to the right,it shows the stars and planets on the right...meaning,tilt the phone in different directions to know where the stars are above you or below you.The world is round,remember?
That seems to be one of the coolest things I have seen in a long long time...and to know the names of those stars from other galaxies...though the names aren't as interesting as they are mostly alphabets and numbers,to just know they are there around you and you can see them from your phone is amazing.
